Nidan Group recently entered into infrastructure projects with leading partners — Essel Infra Projects Ltd. and K.I.P.L. We venture and serve under PBAIPL and TAIPL, with a positive approach to upcoming works, and plans to take new projects across India.

  • Sion–Panvel highway corridor

    Sion Panvel Highway

    • B.O.T. project W.O. awarded in May, 2011 from P.W.D.
    • 12-lane concretization of approximately 25 km
    • 17 years, 5 months concession — 3–4 years construction, 14 years toll collection, extendable for 23 years in lieu of gap funding
    • One toll plaza with 34 toll counters
  • Recycling and waste management symbol

    Deonar Waste Management

    • DBOOT project awarded in Nov, 2009 from MCGM — KIPL 50%, UPL 50%
    • Scope includes site development, partial closure, post closure O&M, two landfills, composting facility, and gas to energy
    • 6,000 TPD waste collection as on date
    • Concession period: 25 years
  • Large diameter pipeline corridor

    Tansa Pipeline, Mumbai

    • EPC project awarded in Sept, 2009 from MCGM — IVRCL 50%, KIPL 50%
    • Replacement by 2700 mm diameter pipeline for a 15.7 km stretch
    • Contract value: Rs. 421 Cr.
    • Current status: 9 km pipeline laid
  • Concrete tunnel under construction

    Tunnel, Mumbai

    • EPC project awarded in Oct, 2009 from MCGM
    • Construction of tunnel from Kapurbwadi to Bhandup | 8.3 km
  • Water flowing from a large supply pipe

    Aurangabad Water Supply

    • BOT project awarded in Sept, 2011 from AMC | KIPL
    • Water supply 24×7 on behalf of AMC | 47 km trunk pipeline | 190 mld WTP | 1,290 km distribution pipeline | water meters
    • Concession period: 25 years

    Water Meter Management

    • EPC project awarded in Aug, 2010 from MCGM
    • Supply, installation and maintenance of 1.62 lakh AMR water meters
    • 35K AMR water meters installed
  • Redevelopment housing project

    Bandra Government Colony

    • BOT project awarded in July, 2010 from PWD
    • Bandra Government Colony redevelopment project | 99 years leasehold
